Good afternoon! Let's talk about dissection. September started with my science class at Wonder Nature School taking a look into a cow's eye! We learned about the different parts and talked about how they work together to create vision. The kids love being able to learn the fun facts of science by seeing it firsthand! That's one of the many reasons I love what I do!
Fun fact:
Did you know that cows have what's called a tapetum? It allows them to see in the dark!
